These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Throughline platform, operated by Cornerstone Media Pty Ltd. By using Throughline during this trial period, you agree to these terms.

Throughline is currently available by invitation during a trial period. Trial access is provided at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. No payment is required during the trial.
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the platform's services. You warrant that you have the right to submit any content you upload.
The platform uses AI tools powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI outputs are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use.
You must not use the platform unlawfully, submit harmful or defamatory content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
All intellectual property in the platform belongs to Cornerstone Media Pty Ltd or its licensors. Sophie Scott's or Phil Carey's name, credentials, and professional reputation are not licensed to users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. The platform is provided in good faith as a pilot product.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
