Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Throughline platform, operated by Cornerstone Media Proprietary Limited (trading as Throughline). This is an interim version, currently under legal review. The final version will be published here before any paid subscription tier goes live. By using Throughline during this trial period, you agree to these terms.

Trial access

Throughline is currently available by invitation during a trial period. Trial access is provided at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. No payment is required during the trial.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the platform's services. You warrant that you have the right to submit any content you upload, including any third-party reports or documents. Do not submit content that includes another person's personal information without their consent.

AI tools

The platform uses AI tools powered by Anthropic's Claude to provide coaching feedback and suggestions. AI outputs are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. Under Anthropic's API terms, your content is not used to train AI models by default.

Acceptable use

You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to submit harmful or defamatory content, to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or in any way that could damage Sophie Scott's, Phil Carey's or Cornerstone Media Pty Ltd's professional reputation or the credibility of the platform's evidence-based foundations.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the platform, including its design, frameworks, and AI systems, belongs to Cornerstone Media Pty Ltd or its licensors. Sophie Scott's or Phil Carey's name, credentials, and professional reputation are not licensed to users.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. The platform is provided in good faith as a pilot product. See our security page for a full account of the current platform's status and limitations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
